CDF is a self-compacted cementitious material used as a backfill instead of compacted fill.

CDF Applications include...
--Filling voids under existing pavement

What CDF is not.....Structural Concrete
CDF mixes do not contain large aggregate and do not contain the cement content of structural concrete.  Therefore CDF should never be used to replace Structural Concrete.
